General rules that apply to all play

These betting and game rules apply to every game you play with us, on desktop and on mobile. Where a game carries its own rules, paytable or help screen, those rules govern that game, and these rules cover everything else.

  1. One account per player. You may hold one account with us. Duplicate accounts may be closed and play on them may be made void, as set out in our terms and conditions.
  2. You must be 18 or over. Gambling with us is for adults only. We hold a gaming licence and verify accounts, so we may ask for identification and proof of address at any time, and before a withdrawal is paid.
  3. Real-money and bonus balances are separate. Where both are available, stakes are taken from the balance shown first in the cashier, and any bonus balance is played under the bonus terms.
  4. Bets are final once placed. When you confirm a stake and the round starts, the bet cannot be changed, cancelled or withdrawn, whatever the outcome.
  5. Play within the limits shown to you. Minimum and maximum stakes differ by game and are shown in the game itself. Account, deposit and payment limits are shown in the cashier and your account settings.

If you place a bet in error, contact us and we will look at the round. A settled bet is not reversed simply because the result went against you.

Safer gambling tools

Deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, time-outs and self-exclusion are available in your account settings at any time. Free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline, and GamStop lets you self-exclude from online gambling sites in a single request.

How bets and spins are settled

Every round is recorded on the game server, and the result held by that server is the result that counts. It decides what is paid, and it stands even if the display on your device shows something different because of a graphics, caching or connection problem.

  • Outcomes in slots and other random games are produced by a random number generator that is tested before a game goes live. It is not affected by how long you have played, the size of your stake or previous results.
  • Wins are paid according to the paytable in force when the round started. Paytables and game rules sit in each game's help or information screen.
  • The return to player (RTP) figure for each game is shown in that game's information screen. It is a long-run theoretical figure measured across very many rounds, not a prediction for any single session.
  • Each round is settled on its own. Rounds do not carry over, and no game is ever due a win.

Malfunctions and interrupted rounds

A malfunction voids all pays and play. If hardware, software, a network or a human error causes a game to behave in a way it is not designed to, the affected round and any pay arising from it are void, and the stake for that round is returned to your balance.

  • If you lose your connection mid-round, the round is held open where the game allows it. The next time you open that game you are returned to the open round, or it is settled automatically at the point it had reached.
  • An incomplete round that cannot be resumed is settled on the outcome already recorded on the game server. Where no outcome was recorded, the stake is returned.
  • Rounds left open may be settled or voided after the period set by the game supplier, and any return is credited to your account balance.
  • Where a fault is found after rounds have been played, we may void the affected rounds and correct balances, and we will tell you if your account is affected.

If a display looks wrong

If a win, a balance or an on-screen message looks wrong, stop playing that game and contact us with the game name and the time. Continuing to play a game you believe is faulty makes the round harder to reconstruct.

Playing with bonus funds

Bonus funds, free spins and other promotional credits are played under the bonus terms published with the offer, which apply on top of these rules.

  • Wagering requirements, qualifying games, expiry and the amount you can withdraw from bonus play are set out in the offer and shown in your account while the bonus is active.
  • A maximum bet applies while you are wagering a bonus. Stakes above it may lead to the bonus and any winnings from it being removed.
  • Games contribute to wagering at different rates and some games are excluded. The contribution rates are published with the offer.
  • Bonus funds may not be used to cover both sides of a bet, and play designed to clear wagering with little or no risk may void the bonus.
  • You can decline an offer, or cancel an active bonus in your account before wagering is complete. Cancelling removes the bonus and any winnings from it.

Live casino and table games

Live tables are run by a dealer in a studio, and the dealer's actions together with the table's own rules decide each round.

  • The dealer's call, and the result recorded by the table system, settle the round.
  • Bets must be placed and confirmed inside the betting window. Late bets, bets not confirmed when betting closes, and chips placed outside a marked betting area are not accepted and are returned.
  • Each table publishes its own rules, side bets, payouts and stake limits in the table help screen. Variants of the same game may differ, so check the table you are joining.
  • A misdeal, a card or ball error, or a dealer error is corrected under the table rules. Where a round cannot be corrected it is void and stakes are returned.
  • If you do not act within the time shown, the game applies the default action for your seat, such as standing on your current hand.

Queries and disputes about a round

If you think a round has been settled wrongly, write to support@casinomecca.co.uk or use the live chat on the site, and we will look into it. Please include:

  1. The game name, and the table or studio name for live games.
  2. The date and time of the round, with your time zone.
  3. The round or game reference, as shown in your game history.
  4. The stake, the result you saw, and the result you expected.

We use the game server records and your account history to establish what happened. Those records are the final record of play and they prevail over screenshots, recordings or the display shown on your device.

We aim to answer within the timescales in our complaints policy. If we cannot settle the matter between us, you can escalate it free of charge to the alternative dispute resolution provider named in that policy, and your statutory rights are unaffected.
